I looked at the high rating and all the reviews saying Brian was the best. I can't say anything less for the service I received! I called (badly) needing gutter cleaning and a piece of siding fixed. Brian and his crew were over within an hour working to get everything cleaned and fixed before the rain hit that afternoon.

His crew was courteous, and the work was completed quickly. I was updated frequently before, during, and after the job. I would 110% recommend Exterior Design Plus to any of my family and friends. I'm glad I no longer have to search for a roofing or housing exterior contractor! Brian even quoted me for gutter guards since we have a tree near the house which makes the gutters prone to filling up fast. He was not pushy or sales-y at all, just seemed to genuinely want to help.

From my first phone call (I actually was stopped behind one of their trucks and took down the phone number as I needed to find someone to do my roof) Brian was polite courteous and easy to work with. He came out within a day of our conversation to look at my roof and give me an estimate. Then worked with my schedule ti make sure I could have a place for the dog to go while they did the roof. Brian kept me posted about when he would like to drop off material for the project and even made sure it was ok to park the trailer to put the debris into in my drive by the garage as he didn’t want to cause an issue for us with our cars. He was up front and thorough and the job was done quickly and looks great and all within the estimate he provided me. It was a wonderful experience for a novice homeowner like myself.
